Yes. Our standard 5-page website plan starts at €129/month with no upfront cost. It includes design, development, hosting, support, and updates.
No. Everything is clearly outlined from the start. If you need extras like more pages or a blog, we quote those separately.
We use Stripe for secure billing. After we sign the agreement, your first invoice is sent right away (usually €129 for month one). Future invoices are sent automatically on the 1st of each month.
The subscription has an 18-month minimum. After that, it becomes month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
If you cancel early, you'll be responsible for the remaining site balance (normally €2,135) minus what you've already paid.
No problem. You can return anytime, with a new 18-month agreement.
Invoices include a 7-day grace period. After that, a €21 late fee is added. If multiple subscription payments are severely overdue, we may cancel and invoice the remaining balance.
We use Stripe for invoices and subscriptions. We accept major credit/debit cards for subscriptions. For lump-sum projects, we prefer bank transfer. We do not accept checks or money orders.
It's a one-time fee. If you need 3 extra pages, that's €255 total.
If we can't deliver a design you're happy with and you stop before development, we can refund your startup payment. After development begins, refunds are handled case-by-case.
Our subscription includes custom design and development, responsive/mobile design, SEO-ready structure, hosting, unlimited edits, support, and ongoing updates.

Core on-page SEO is included in all of our website packages. More extensive or ongoing SEO work is not currently included.
Not as part of our standard website packages. If you need e-commerce, we can discuss a separate solution, for example using Shopify, tailored and quoted based on the needs of the project.
Yes. Your domain is always yours.
You can, but DIY often means slower results, weaker performance, and high time cost. We handle everything so you can focus on your business.
Most projects take about 2–3 weeks after we receive your completed questionnaire.
Yes. If your business only needs a focused one-page website, we can create a smaller custom package based on what you need. Pricing depends on the amount of content, design work and functionality required. Contact us and we’ll recommend the simplest solution that makes sense.
That’s no problem. If you already have a finished design or a clear concept, we can help turn it into a fast, responsive, production-ready website. We can work from designs in tools such as Figma or review what you already have and recommend the best way forward. Custom implementation is quoted separately based on the scope and technical requirements.
No. The site remains part of the subscription service. You keep your domain and your provided assets.
No, not for our standard websites. We build with modern, custom code for better control over performance, security, and how the website evolves over time.
It gives us better control over performance, security, and maintenance without relying on a large stack of plugins and pre-built themes.
Yes. All of our websites are built responsively from the start and adapted for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
With our subscription plans, we normally handle updates for you. If you need to edit certain content yourself, we can also set up a CMS where it makes sense for the project.

Yes. We can set up Google Analytics 4 and connect it to your website so you can understand how people find and use your site. Analytics setup can be added to a website project or an existing website. Contact us for pricing based on what you need.
If your website uses analytics, marketing tools, embedded content, or tracking scripts, you may need a proper consent setup depending on where your visitors are located. We can help set this up as an optional add-on.
WCAG is a set of accessibility guidelines that help make websites easier to use for more people, including visitors using keyboards, screen readers, or assistive technology.
Basic best practices are included in our builds, but a deeper WCAG accessibility review and improvement pass is available as an optional add-on.
Yes. Both add-ons can be added during the website build or later as your business grows.
We have continuity procedures and trusted collaborators in place so the service isn't dependent on one person. Your domain and any content or assets you provide remain yours. If Myrmidon were unable to continue providing the service, we would work with you on an orderly handover so your business isn't left stranded.
